Located on St. Thomas' east end, Luna Sol is a lovely 3 bedroom condo in The Anchorage Condominiums, on the prestigious and gated neighborhood of Deck Point. Only a short 5 minute drive to Red Hook, Luna Sol is not only just a few steps to the beach, but it is close by to lots of the magic that St. Thomas has to offer! Additionally, there are also no less than 4 beaches within a mile! The Anchorage gym and pool on premises are shared spaces.
A short walk along the shoreline and you can be standing on Cowpet Beach, where Caribbean Fish Market is located!

Refundable Damage Deposit - $500.00
Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid, less any/all 3rd party transaction or processing fees, where applicable. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to beginning of rental forfeit the 50% deposit made at the time of the booking, less any/all 3rd party transaction or processing fees, wherever applicable. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to beginning of stay forfeit the total amount due for the duration of the stay.

Circumstances that require documentation: Death of a host or guest (additional guest), or family member. The guest must provide: death certificate, obituary, police report. Unexpected injury or illness will require a statement from a physician confirming the person is unable to travel. Transportation Disruption : Documentation that the flight or transportation provider has cancelled your flight, train, car, etc.
Circumstances that require special review: Natural disasters, terrorist activity, civil unrest. A case by case review for any issue will have to be conducted by Prestige Luxury Villas. In the event of a hurricane, we will have to determine safety and threat advisories, travel restrictions, transportation disruption, etc.

Deposit Policy
50% of the total amount is due at the time of the booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
A security deposit will be held for up to seven (7) days after the end of stay to allow management to assess for damages. The amount of the deposit is villa specific and will be addressed in the individual rental agreement or invoice.
